If there is a problem with an item you have received, you must contact us with a detailed description of the problem in question. Verification labels and stickers attached to the items must not be removed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unused. Ultraviolet light technology may be used to check if the item has been worn. The product must also be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The above admission will be different if your item is defective or damaged upon receipt of the package, in this case please follow the procedure described in the section concerning exchanges (below).
Returns are free up to two requests, the third return is charged €20 for profitability reasons linked to transport costs.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately limited edition sneakers cannot be refunded.

We cannot replace items for sale on our website because the sneakers sold on our site are limited edition products.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you in the form of a voucher or credit only, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of the revocation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the products to us immediately and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the products before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the products if this loss in value is due to handling of the products that is not necessary to test the condition, properties and functioning of the products.
To return the item(s), you must use the original packaging (making sure to include a note with your name and address (along with a possible return slip, if one was provided to you) inside the package).
You are advised to take out adequate postal/transport insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please retain your proof of postage and tracking information if applicable until your refund has been processed. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
